Norway Brewing Top Work

This collaboration with Freedom's Edge Cider was brewed with Blue Ox malt, flaked oats & wheat from Aurora Mills, & Freedom's Edge semi-dry cider base. Co-fermented in oak barrels, aged for 12 months, then blended with their sour golden ale base. It has funky & fruity notes typified by Basque cider.
