Koelbus Apricot

A project by the mind that brought you Novare Res and Liquid Riot, Eric Michaud. Fruited spontaneously fermented ale, rested on ripe apricots for 2 years. Traditional Belgian brewing methods are used, with the wort being inoculated in a converted school bus.
